Privacy Notice
AIONORA is operated by Anastasios Papadopoulos. For privacy requests, contact aionora.research@proton.me. A publishable service address and the remaining privacy documentation are still being finalized. Free founding registration is completed on the AIONORA website and registered immediately with Beehiiv, without an email-confirmation step. This provisional notice does not represent a completed legal review.
Data collected
When you subscribe through the current website form, you provide your email address and confirm the 21+ and newsletter-consent statement. The signup request is processed by AIONORA and sent to Beehiiv. The acquisition metadata includes the consent wording version and request time. We may also receive signup, confirmation, unsubscribe and delivery status information from our newsletter provider. Feedback may include the text and contact information you choose to provide. Normal server and delivery logs may include technical information such as timestamps, IP addresses, device or browser details.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use the information to manage subscriptions, send the requested newsletter, handle unsubscribe and privacy requests, manage free access and understand requested coverage. We rely on the consent you provide for newsletter marketing, legitimate interests where proportionate for site operation and fraud/security prevention, and legal obligations where applicable. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Services and recipients
Beehiiv is used for newsletter subscription and email delivery. Vercel hosts the website and private application storage. Your data may therefore be processed by these service providers and their subprocessors as appropriate. AIONORA does not sell its subscriber list to bookmakers. Any advertising-network or profiling feature would need a separate review and appropriate disclosures before use.
Cross-border transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards must be documented against the current provider agreements before broader commercial promotion; do not assume that hosting alone keeps all data in the EEA.
How long data is retained
Subscription records are retained while you subscribe and, where justified, for a limited period afterward for legal, security and suppression-list purposes. Feedback and operational logs are retained only as long as relevant for the purpose collected. AIONORA must finalize and publish a concrete retention schedule or more precise retention criteria as part of its pre-launch compliance review.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection and withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe at any time. Send other requests to aionora.research@proton.me, identifying the email used for registration. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and technical services
Any non-essential analytics, advertising cookies, third-party scripts or tracking technologies require their own inventory and consent assessment. This notice does not claim that an unverified tracking setup is cookie-free.

Privacy-friendly site statistics
AIONORA uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page-view statistics such as visits to the home page, Daily CORE, registration page and registration-received pages. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. It measures page views, referring sites when available, country, device, browser and operating system. Our page-view configuration removes query strings and URL fragments and excludes API and admin paths. Newsletter email addresses and subscription form fields are not sent as analytics events. Vercel processes request information to produce aggregated statistics; cookie-free measurement is not a blanket exemption from privacy or consent obligations. It does not identify individual readers or create cross-site advertising profiles. Registration-received page views are only a request-receipt proxy: reloads, direct visits, existing subscribers and addresses still being validated can be included. They are not confirmed new subscriptions. A newsletter conversion rate is reported only when new active Beehiiv subscriptions can be attributed to this website for the same reporting period.
