Terms of Use

These terms describe the current AIONORA research website and free newsletter. They do not create a paid subscription contract.

1. Service and scope

AIONORA provides independent information and quantitative research concerning sports and sports-market prices. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, financial adviser or gambling intermediary. We do not accept bets or hold customer stakes.

2. Who may use it

Sports-wagering content is intended for adults who satisfy the legal gambling age in their location; for readers in Greece, AIONORA applies a 21+ audience standard. Users are responsible for complying with their local laws. No service access is intended where the content is unlawful.

3. Free founding access

CORE is offered without charge during the founding launch. AIONORA may later offer optional paid products or alter the free service with reasonable prior notice. A free subscription will not automatically convert into a paid one. Any future purchase requires a separate explicit agreement to its price and terms.

4. Newsletter and cancellation

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing stops future marketing delivery, subject to normal processing delays. You may request correction or deletion of personal information as described in the privacy notice.

5. Model limitations

Sports predictions, odds, validations and selection rankings are estimates informed by available data and can be inaccurate. No profit, accuracy rate, return, availability or specific outcome is guaranteed. Past results are not predictive of future results. Any betting decision is solely your own and can lead to financial loss.

6. Intellectual property and external services

Original AIONORA text, presentation and analytical material are intended for individual informational use. Do not repackage or commercially redistribute them without permission. Third-party facts, data, logos and services remain subject to their owners' rights and terms. Links to external providers do not imply endorsement.

7. Changes, availability and errors

Early-stage services may be updated or temporarily unavailable. We may correct errors and update policies prospectively. We will not retrospectively represent unpublished research as a previously published recommendation. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Contact and operator details

AIONORA is operated by Anastasios Papadopoulos. For questions, contact aionora.research@proton.me. A publishable service address and the remaining operator requirements are still being finalized. The founding newsletter is free; your website subscription becomes active when you submit the form with your consent, without a separate email-confirmation step. Final operator and privacy review remains outstanding. See project status.
